Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• It must be in its original condition
• It must be returned in its original packaging

To request a return, please contact us via our Contact page before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

We do not accept returns for:

• Used items
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Custom or personalised products
